Ben Savage, age 45 (born September 13, 1980 in Chicago, Illinois), is an American film and television actor best known for his lead role as Cory Matthews on the hit ABC sitcom Boy Meets World (1993–2000) and its Disney Channel sequel Girl Meets World (2014–2017). He began acting as a child in films like Little Monsters and appeared in TV roles before rising to fame with Boy Meets World. Savage later graduated from Stanford University with a degree in political science and continues to work in entertainment while engaging in personal and creative projects.
